Let’s get to know each other! It all starts with the discovery call. Fill out the inquiry form so we can have a quick chat about your brand and your vision for the project. We’ll then send you a proposal with your project scope and expected start date.

This is an important part of building a website. We test your website to ensure it is bug-free and functions flawlessly and optimize it for speed and performance.

We work 1:1 with each of our clients. As soon as you come on board, we’ll dive into your business and identify the right tools that will work best for your business.

04. LAUNCH

Once everything is perfect, we launch your website. We will also provide mockups of your brand new website so you can share them with your audience.

  • Yes, we offer copywriting services, so this will be included in your custom package. No need to come with pre-written content UNLESS you select the “design in a day option”.

  • That’s totally fine! But please note, that all website projects need to have an existing branding. You either provide us with all of the files (logo, color palette, etc.), or purchase an additional Brand Design Service where we will create a brand identity for you.

  • If you have an existing website that needs updating but not a complete overhaul, please contact us with all the info + link to your existing website.

  • Absolutely! After we finish, we’ll walk you through your new website and show you how to make changes + you will also get extra 14 days of email support. There is also a low cost monthly retainer option to retain our services so you never have to touch your site.

  • We’re only taking on a few clients every month to ensure each one gets enough special attention. Typically we’re booking 1 month+ in advance. That time between securing your project and getting started is perfect for the prep work we need to do.

  • We don’t want to ‘box you in’. Every custom design project is customized based on the specific needs of the client, so no packages here.

  • Every client and project is different. We recommend filling out the client application form or setting up a free 15-min discovery call, where we can chat more about your needs and we can provide you with a detailed estimate from there.

  • Project time frames will vary due to client response times (revisions, content, etc) and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Brand + website design projects take around 3-6 weeks.

  • Payment for services is submitted through an invoice and paid via our Stripe invoicing system. Depending on the complete total cost and service, various payment options are available. description
