As a college student pursuing a degree in Production Communications, Jackson is actively refining his skills and expanding his knowledge in branding and graphic design.

His hands-on experience includes training and leading a graphic design intern team at Elevation Church, where he contributed to high-impact creative projects for one of the country’s most influential ministries. This experience sharpened his eye for brand storytelling, excellence in execution, and design that connects with a wider audience.

With a strong work ethic, a passion for innovation, and a growing portfolio of custom branding projects, Jackson brings fresh perspective and dedicated focus to every client he serves—making him a valuable asset to the RRDC team.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & LEAD WEB DEVELOPER

As Director of Operations & Lead Web Developer at Rachel Rowell Design Co., Andrew Odom brings nearly two decades of creative and technical experience to the team. His diverse background spans editing, photo production, project management, community engagement, content creation, and branding—equipping him with a well-rounded, strategic approach to both leadership and development.

In the world of web design, Andrew's journey began with foundational coding in HTML and has grown to include deep expertise in CSS, Ruby on Rails, WordPress, Squarespace, and other platforms. He leads each project with a commitment to excellence, combining technical precision with a client-centered mindset to deliver websites that are both beautiful and high-performing.

Andrew is a graduate of both Florida State University and Regent University, and his written work has been featured in publications such as Florida Heritage, SOUTH, Farmer’s Almanac, and Men’s Journal.

Outside of RRDC, Andrew is a devoted husband and father who finds purpose in both his professional and personal life—balancing leadership in the agency with meaningful time spent with his wife of fifteen years and their adventurous daughter.
